UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #332 ENROLLMENT

U.S.D. #332 enrollment will be held on the following dates:  Cunningham School students will be enrolling on Monday, August 4, 2008.  The schedule will be as follows:  Seniors 9:00 – 10:00 A.M.;    Juniors:  10:00 - 11:00 A.M.;    Sophomores  1:00 – 2:00 P.M.;   Freshmen  2:00 - 3:00.  Cunningham Grade School students will be enrolling on 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. & 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.  Enrollment for both CGS and CHS students will be held in the High School.  Enrollment information will be mailed to students who finished last year at Cunningham and Zenda.  If you are new to the district and would like information on enrollment, please contact the office at 620-298-2473 or stop by at 100 West 4th, Cunningham.

Preschool enrollment for Zenda is Thursday, August 7th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.  Enrollment packets will be sent out to families prior to this date.  If you do not receive an enrollment packet and would like to send your child to Cunningham or Zenda  Preschool, please call the Cunningham High School Office at 620-298-2473 to request an enrollment packet.   This is just a reminder:  Parents of Kindergartners and Preschool students:  if you have not already done so you need to bring the results of a health assessment, birth certificate verification and a copy of immunization records.
