It was a close vote, but the kindergarten, first and second grade students elected Mitt Romney as the next president. Long lines didn’t seem to bother our students as they waited for their turn to cast their ballot. The second grade class was in charge of counting the votes to determine who won the election.
After voting, each student received a sticker to wear showing that they participated in our school election on November 6th, 2011.
