The 2nd graders had a wonderful Service Worker visit today from Cindy Houtwed, Preschool teacher. She taught us all about her job. Cindy showed the kids some activities and skills she teaches to her 3 and 4 year old classes. We learned that she uses all subject areas in her job, especially Reading, Math, Grammar, and Oral Language. We learned the specific skills they work to master and how you need a college degree to do her job. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. Thank you Miss Cindy for devoting your time to our class. We appreciate you!
