Counselor Corner

             The American Legion Cadet Law Enforcement Academy sponsored by The Kansas Highway                       Patrol is for men and women who are Juniors in High School.  The next academy is scheduled                  for June 10-15, 2012 .  For an application and pamphlet explaining the requirements see Mr.                  Theis in the counselor’s office.

     The American Legion Boys State of Kansas Leadership Academy is being held June 3-9 at Kansas State University.  This Leadership Academy is for boys in their junior year f high school this year.  Applications and a description of the program are in the Counselor's office.

     The KU Society of Women Engineers is holding a weekend engineering camp for high school girls.  The cost of the camp is $95 which allows you to attend  the KU vs. Missouri Women's basketball game.  The camp is the weekend of Feb. 18-19, 2012.  Registration deadline is Feb. 6, 2012.  More information is in the Counselor's office.
