In-Person Enrollment is Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

How to enroll your student(s) at USD 332
For RETURNING Students
Returning students that attended USD 332 during the 2025-2026 school year may enroll online or in-person.
To enroll returning students online:
-Student(s) must have been enrolled at USD 332 last year for the 2025-2026 school year.
-There have been no major changes to the student(s) information since last year.
-You can apply online for free and reduced meals. The link is at the bottom of this page.
- A current physical if your student(s) intend to play Junior High or High School sports. The KSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Forms can be found HERE.
**High School students will still need to check their schedule in PowerSchool and sign up for a locker in the Cunningham School Office. Grades 6th - 8th will have lockers assigned to them.
To enroll returning student(s) in-person:
-Visit Cunningham School on Wednesday, August 5th from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30-5:00, or 5:30-7:00 p.m.
-You may select enroll online and get started on enrollment before coming on August 5th.
For NEW Students
New students who DID NOT attend USD 332 during the 2025-2026 school year must enroll in-person on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30-5:00, or 5:30-7:00 p.m.
You will need to bring the following documents to enroll:
-A copy of the student's birth certificate.
-A copy of current immunizations for each student.
-A current health assessment (one completed within the last 12 months).
- A current physical if your student(s) intend to play Junior High or High School sports. The KSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Forms can be found HERE.
- You can apply online for free and reduced meals. The link is at the bottom of this page.
You can get a head start and complete the following form prior to coming on August 5th.

For 3-year-old Pre-K Students
3-year-old Pre-K students interested in attending USD 332 for the 2026-2027 school year must enroll in person on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30-5:00, or 5:30-7:00 p.m.
You will need the following documents with you when you enroll:
- A copy of the student(s) birth certificate.
- A copy of current immunizations for each student.
- A current health assessment (one completed within the last 12 months).

All 3-year-old Pre-K students must have completed a developmental screening through the South Central Kansas Special Education Cooperative (SCKSEC).
You can get a head start and complete the following forms prior to coming on August 5th.

For 4-year-old Pre-K Students
4-year-old Pre-K students who attended USD 332 during the 2025-2026 school year may enroll online or in person on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30-5:00, or 5:30-7:00 p.m.
To enroll returning students online:
- Student(s) must have been enrolled at USD 332 last year for the 2025-2026 school year as a 3-year-old.

- Student(s) must complete the required links:

For Kindergarten Students
Kindergarten students that attended USD 332 during the 2025-2026 school year may enroll online or in person on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30-5:00, or 5:30-7:00 p.m.
To enroll returning students online:
- Student(s) must have been enrolled at USD 332 last year for the 2025-2026 school year as a 4-year-old.
- You can apply online for free and reduced meals. The link is at the bottom of this page.
- Student(s) must complete the required links:

Free and Reduced Meals
We encourage all families to consider, review, and complete the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) application. Eligibility determination will be made according to the established guidelines, and if your family qualifies, your student(s) will receive free or reduced breakfasts and lunches. Approval for free or reduced breakfasts and lunches also allows for textbook fees to be waived for qualified families. All families are encouraged to apply.
