Kindergarten students are learning about Thanksgiving traditions and the very first Thanksgiving. We also made books to learn about turkeys. We talked about things we are thankful for and the class came up with this list. Ellie is thankful for everything in the world. Wylan is thankful for his mom and dad. Ada is thankful for her little brother. Will is thankful for his entire class and lots of friends. Gage is thankful for his little brother. Sy is thankful for his grandma and the rest of his family. Morgan is thankful for our classroom. Trenton is thankful for his mom and dad. Hannah is thankful for the world she lives in. Ava is thankful for her little brother. Eliana is thankful for our classroom. Isaiah is thankful for Cunningham. Tyler is thankful for Dallas and Dakota. Nate is thankful for friends. Blake is thankful for dad and mom, and Richard is thankful for his cats.
On Monday, we are preparing our own Thanksgiving dinner along with first and second grade students. The third grade students are going to join us and provide some entertainment for our special dinner in the classroom. Happy Thanksgiving from all the students in the primary grades!
