How to enroll your student(s) at USD 332

New Students

New students that DID NOT attend USD 332 during the 2022-2023 school year must enroll in-person.

Students new to USD 332 or who did not attend USD 332 during the 2022-23 school year are required to enroll in-person at the Cunningham School on Wednesday, August 9^th from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m..

You will need to bring the following documents with you when you enroll:

-A copy of student(s) birth certificate

-A copy of current immunizations for each student

-A copy of student(s) social security card

-A current health assessment

-A current physical if your student(s) intend to play sports

You can get a head start and complete the following form prior to coming on August 9^th.
