100th Day
Kindergarten, first and second grade students celebrated the 100th day of school with our annual party. Each student had to bring 100 items in a plastic bag that we shared and later displayed in the hallway. We read books about the 100th day, wrote our numbers to 100, and counted to 100. Kennedy, a fifth grade student won the estimation jar that contained 1189 pieces of candy. Her estimate was the closest without going over. The fifth grade class blew up 100 balloons for the grand ending of our party. Kyle and Andy held the chairs down while the balloons were popping!
